Perfect location: The apartment not only offers immediate access to the beach but also excellent transportation links – right next to the building, there is a tram stop where you can easily reach the vibrant city center of Alicante or the picturesque Benidorm. The proximity to the beach, the sea, and convenient transportation make this the ideal spot for both relaxing and exploring the region.

Muchavista Beach stretches for several kilometers, offering a wide, spacious area of bright, soft sand perfect for relaxation. In the summer months, you can find beach bars called “Chiringitto” directly on the beach, where you can relax with a cool drink, as well as sunbeds and umbrellas for added comfort during sunny days. For sports enthusiasts, there are volleyball nets set up on the beach, and we provide volleyballs in the apartment for your convenience.

1: Smoking and pets are not allowed.

2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 persons; exceeding this number is prohibited.

3. The apartment is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited at all times.

4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you will need to restock them yourself.
