Our comfortable and spacious accommodation features:

1 Bedroom:
Furnished with 1 double bed.

2 bedroom:
Furnished with two single beds.

Living Room:
The living room is equipped with an additional sofa bed, perfect for extra guests or family members.

Parking:
Parking space in the garage with access to the elevator for your convenience.


In total, our home comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. Whether you’re here for a family vacation, a weekend escape with friends, or a relaxing retreat, you’ll find everything you need for a delightful stay.



Please note:

1: Smoking and pets are not allowed.

2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 persons; exceeding this number is prohibited.

3. The apartment is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 22:00 are prohibited at all times.

4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you will need to restock them yourself.

Check-in hours are 4 pm to 9 pm. Check-in after 9 pm is possible at an additional 50 € fee.

Other things to note
Important notice: On Saturdays, from 8 am to 2 pm, there is a street market on the main road near the apartment, so the garage exit is blocked. If you check out on Saturday, please remember to take the car out of the garage beforehand, as it won’t be possible to leave the garage on Saturdays.
